The trek to Fifth lake and Renjo La is a perfect blend of off the beaten track, natural beauty and a once in a lifetime experience.  This trek extends beyond the popular Gokyo Lakes route, taking you past the third lake to the remote fourth and fifth lakes, where you can experience a more peaceful and less crowded expedition. The fifth lake is one of the spots from where you can witness the grandest view of Mount Everest, a scene truly like no other.  Unlike the Gokyo Lake trek, this trip does not involve a hike to Gokyo Ri and instead crosses the Renjo La (pass), offering even more spectacular views from the pass. On crossing the passyou will explore the lonely valleys of Thame and Lumden, where you can experience authentic Sherpa culture. The route concludes by rejoining the popular route of Everest Base Camp in Namche.
